The Soudokay production is composed of two different welding consumables :
Namely the overlaying cored wires and the agglomerated fluxes for overlaying by the submerged arc, and electroslag stripcladding process. The cored wire production is composed of several production lines that have together a capacity of more than 2000 T a year. We have the possibility to produce wire of diameters between 0.8mm and 4mm. Raw materials to produce low alloyed, medium alloyed and high alloyed wires including Co and Ni-wires are carefully selected to guarantee an optimal quality. The wires are packed in 10kg, 15kg, 25kg or 200kg coils or 150kg and 250kg drums (autopack).
The special "Record" flux production line designed by Soudokay to obtain the best quality and the best productivity with a capacity of more than 2500 T a year. Our "Record" fluxes are packed in bags and hemertically sealed metallic drums. |
